Rika Joubert
Director & Chairman
Rika has 28 years of experience on management level, after obtaining a B.Econ (Hons) at Stellenbosch University. She acquired further certification in International Organizations Management as well as Fundraising and Development Fundamentals. With more than 22 years of senior management experience, she is well versed in new business development, problem solving, strategy development and implementation, operations and relationship management.
Dr Antoinette Venter
Director
Antoinette has 30 years of experience in education. In 2018, she was appointed as Deputy Chief Education Specialist of EMS (Grades 7 – 9) at the provincial level. As the provincial coordinator of the program for Entrepreneurship, Employability and Education (E³) in schools, her passion is to have 100% of school leavers employable, studying further or equipped to start their own business in the future.
Heather Reed
Director
Heather has worked for the world’s largest non-profit organization, helping set up a branch in Cape Town to promote good sanitation and running educational programmes to support maintenance at government schools around South Africa. She has also worked in online education in operations and relationship-management with top-tier universities in the United Kingdom.
